A hostal run by pilgrims for pilgrims.

 

General information:

 

Our albergue can receive up to 28 pilgrims, as it has:

• 2 bunkbeds (4 persons) in a small balconyroom, connected to another dormitory with 3 bunkbeds (6 persons) 
• 4 bunkbeds (8 persons) in a large balconyroom, connected to another dormitory with 4 bunkbeds (8 persons)
• A private room with two single beds. 

Opening hours:

From 13.30 until 22 h.

In case there is a need to come in before 13.30 hours, for example because of any physical problems, we will of course open our doors for you.

 

Departure:

9 o´clock. Pilgrims who have any physical problems and need an extra day rest, are welcome to stay more nights in our albergue.  

 

Price:

The price per person is € 13,00 for sleeping in a bunkbed (the bunk beds measure 2 m.)

The price for the private room for two person is € 34,00 and for 1 person € 20,00

 

 

Other information:

 

Bathrooms: 

Our albergue has two bathrooms, one for men and one for women. It offers:

 

4 toilets, 4 showers and 4 washbasins. Warm water is available 24 hours a day. 

 

Bunkbeds:

Most of the bunkbeds have a length of 2 meters. They all have a safety bar and adapted staircases in order to prevent your feet hurting when you have to go to the upperlevel beds.

 

 

Blankets and paper bed- and pillow covers:

We offer blankets for those pilgrims who need one. In winter the minimum temperature of the dormitories is 18 degrees at night. Paper bedcovers and pillowcovers are not included in the price. We want to prevent the usage of paper covers when it is not necessary to use one. We clean the matrasses every day, so if you bring your own sleeping bed, it is not really necessary to use the paper covers. Anyway, if you prefer to use one, the price of a set paper covers is 1 euro. 

 

 

Kitchen:

The albergue has a fully equiped kitchen, with induction cooking, fridge, waterboiler, microwave and sufficient plates, cups etc. 

 

 

Living room:

There is a nice living/dining room on the first floor of the albergue, where you can stay for reading, wriging, talking with other pilgrims or...... for playing the piano, as there is a keyboard at your disposition. 

 

Washing machine and dryer:

In case you want to make use of the washing our drying machine, we are happy to help you. Costs are € 3 each.

In case you prefer to wash your clothes by hand, you can use the two wash bassins at the patio, and there is also enough space for drying.

 

 

 

Terrace:

We have a nice terrace, with tables, chairs and a pingpong table.

 

 

We like to take care of the environment:

Warm water supply and  our heating systeem is 100% ecological, lighting system in the albergue is energy saving and  the showers are low in water consumption, but are still very comfortable.

 

Wifi:

 

The albergue has wifi

 

Languages:

We speak english, spanish, dutch, german and french.
